Position Overview

I'm currently seeking an InfusionSoft Virtual Assistant to add to my team on a project basis and also to my client's team on a regular basis to support her needs. The ideal candidate is someone who is knowledgeable, responsible, reliable, and willing to jump in where needed.

 

This is an independent contractor, remote opportunity. 

InfusionSoft Responsibilities

  • Create New Campaigns for Marketing

    • Assist in automating the new funnels that will be created and ensuring that everything new interacts with the remaining automation/triggers

  • Sending out the monthly newsletter via Broadcasts

  • Reviewing/fixing various campaigns/automation as needed

  • Database cleanup:

    • Cleaning up the naming conventions of tags/forms

    • Archiving any remaining items (tags, forms, products, etc) no longer used

    • Keeping the list clean from unsubscribes/unengaged, merging records

  • Setup Infusionsoft Automation

    • Create campaigns/automations to assist with our internal and client workflows

    • Provide expertise in setting up and scoping automation

    • Thoroughly test automation that is developed to ensure that it works properly and as intended

    • Integrate Infusionsoft with other tools as needed

  • Monthly report of campaign statistics 

Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

  • Highly efficient, technically savvy, and willing to learn and figure things out independently.

  • Quickly understands and gets comfortable with the businesses.

  • Takes ownership and pride in their work.

  • Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment is preferred.

Requirements

  • Must have experience using InfusionSoft.

  • Access to a computer and reliable internet connection.

  • Distraction-free work environment.

You are NOT the right fit if:

  • If you’re not very responsive and usually take more than 24 hours to respond (excluding weekends, holidays, and planned vacations).

  • Unable to manage your time.

  • Unable to work independently and need to be micromanaged.

  • Do not like to be 100% behind the scenes of a business.

  • Have too many clients on your roster to fully support an additional client.
